The location is perfect, mere steps from Dam Square and the breakfast exceeded expectations. During my stay I needed my air-con which was effective in an instant. I would definitely stay again and can highly recommend!

The hotel is located in a convenience spot. Shopping was nearby. There were a lot of restaurants in the area. I was able to walk to and from the central station, I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants value and convenience.

If you are looking for a luxury hotel this isn’t it, but for location, friendliness and value, it’s excellent. I stayed in a small double. The bed would be small for two, but the room bathroom was spacious enough when not spending a lot of time there. Breakfast had a broad range of food. Coffee is drip, not my preference but gave me an opportunity to try out a few spots in the neighborhood mid morning. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was fine, as expected as we have been to the hotel before. The staff was excellent! The bottom of my husband's cane broke and the maintenance man was able to fix it and the fix lasted our entire trip.. THANKS. Front desk was very helpful.

The hotel is easy to get to and a great location within the city. Ask for a courtyard room, the ones facing the street can be noisy. Excellent breakfast with all the fixings! Staff is super nice and helpful to make our stay enjoyable. Building is a little tired but clean. Enjoyed having a mini fridge in the room, not the norm in Europe. Air conditioning was nice to have.
