"Great place"

"After a long, long flight from the US, this hotel was wonderful to check in. Very quaint and quiet. We spent 2 days there before beginning a month-long Silk Road Tour. The architecture and furnishings were charming and far from the usual hotel. The breakfast was quite sumptuous and the on-site restaurant was a welcome convenience I'd go back to this hotel in a heartbeat."

"Very modern hotel! Rooms were clean, comfy, and spacious, and staff was polite and helpful. Location is pretty convenient as well, we were able to walk to the bazaar and Arbat street. Easy access to pharmacies and “corner” markets as well! And if you need to take a taxi there’s a dedicated turn off so you don’t have to wait on a curb"

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel located in a leafy area of Almaty. It's clean, new and decorated in a bright, modern style. The breakfast buffet is great, and the staff are all friendly. I'd definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is under major renovation. Lights in bathroom weren’t working. New fridge was not plugged in and did not function after plugging in. Dust, construction crews everywhere. Maybe i missed information about renovation activities at Expedia site????"

"일단 숙소의 위치와 크기는 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 다만 체크인하기가 너무 어렵습니다. 숙소는 13층인데 엘베가 12층까지 밖에 없어서 당황스러웠습니다. 꼭 사전에 집주인과 연락해 엘베키를 전달 받아서 키를 찍어야 13층 갑니다.주인과 연락하기가 너무 힘들었구요. 밤11시경 체크인을 했는데 청소를 하고 계시더라구요.숙소 청결 상태기ㅣ 너무 별로입니다. 위치 별5개 수소가격대비크기.별5개 나머지는 별1개입니다."
