Alliste, in Lower Salento. The solution offers up to 9 beds.
With equipped outdoor space, the house is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, coffee maker, electric oven, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. Bicycles available. Pets allowed.

The vacation house for rent a few steps from the sea
is introduced by a large shaded porch, furnished with table and chairs
for outdoor dining, comfortable deckchairs on which to lie and relax
during relaxing days on vacation in Salento.
The interior consists of living room with dining room and sitting area with TV, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms of which 3 are double and 1 triple (double bed + single) .
The house isserved by 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower. The windows of the bedrooms are protected bymosquito nets. Air conditioning is present in the living room and bedrooms.

The villetta with vacation homes is located inPosto Rosso,
a small hamlet of Alliste in Lower Salento. Its coastline offers low
and accessible cliffs on a stunningly blue sea. Exceptional sunsets over
the Ionian Sea can be enjoyed there.
Posto Rosso is just minutes away from other belovedSalento vacationdestinations: heading south are the beaches of Ugento including Torre San Giovanni at about 2 km, Lido Marini at 12 km, Pescoluse at 19.
Goingnorth up the coast are Capilungo at 3 km, Torre Suda at 7 km, Mancaversa at 9 km, and Gallipoli with the beaches of Baia Verde at about 14 km.


 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
