"service was excellent. food was bland but edible, we were able to find some nice food at the buffet. Tried the steakhouse and it was over 1.5 hour wait, over 2 including waiting for table. not my favorite decor but I knew that going in. Lots of things to do. The beach and pools were absolutely amazing and in great shape, we had the least seaweed of all of the miles of beach we walked. There was a long wait at check in and they did move us where we hadn’t wanted to be… but responded well to...

"The staff is wonderful! They are friendly, welcoming. The taxi services on point. The food, delicious! Loved the people! But the carpets need to be shampooed or replace all together and the beds need thicker comforters. Overall is a good hotel. "

"We have been to the DR over 20 times (always 5 star) and have been to this particular resort over 10 times. We've tried other newer places but keep coming back because we find that even though it's one of the older resorts, it is absolutely the most charming. We will return next year again because of the great staff, food, drinks, entertainment and especially the beautiful beach. "
