"Hmm, ja, was soll man sagen... Die Zimmer wurden nur nach Rückfrage gemacht, also meistens gar nicht. Handtuchwechsel nach 5 Tagen? Nur nach Aufforderung. Bettwäsche sollte auch mal nach einer Woche gewechselt werden, ist hier nicht Standard. Die Betten sind durchgelegen, müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die Gastronomie ist gut, der Wein könnte in einer Weingegend schon etwas günstiger sein."

"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. "We went in off-season so the place was quiet and in a lovely location; a small quaint town. The room was large, however, the floor had a very loud creak when you walked across it. Not just small creak, very loud so that I was worried I'd wake my son or the people downstairs when I got up at night. There was no hair dryer in the room and I would have to go find the proprietor to get one so I didn't bother (no phone). No shampoo or lotion either. This would all be okay if it was a cheaper...
