« Apartment was as advertised. I enjoyed the modern kitchen. The apartment was very clean. If you are getting a parking space ask for number to text to open garage door which is on the side of building before you get there. It is within walking distance of Howard University. »

« The accommodation is in an old brownstone row-house with charm and located in a nice area close to good restaurant options and to the Woodley Street Metro station and bus stops serving downtown DC. Though old, the basic necessities are very clean and well maintained. »

A message the night before with details on how to enter the property and where to park. The building's hallway had an odor of stale urine; however the property itself was okay. Inside multiple features were broken; the paper blinds, the bedroom outlet near the bed, etc. We contacted the host to advise them and received no response. »

« The host was a great communicator, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The place was also a great value—spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located near excellent public transportation. The only downsides were that it could really use a thorough deep cleaning, the sinks in both bathrooms had very poor water pressure, and walking to the nearby transit stops meant passing through an area with some shady people, which made us feel a bit uneasy at times. »

« This apartment is extremely well appointed and is in a very convenient location in the upper part of Georgetown; perfect for a combination of work and vacation!It has very fast Internet for video calls.
