"This hotel was probably the most amazing hotel about 20 years ago. While the hotel it self is beautiful, so many things are falling apart. I’ll start with I would absolutely come back. There are just things that need to be addressed. The pool furniture needs to be completely replaced.. no stretch anymore in the lounging chairs you fall right onto the metal poles. The covered seating has warped wood so no longer flat and hard to sit on. The shower head in our room was nearly broken, water spewed everywhere and nearly flooded the bathroom for every shower. No canned lights in the room and it’s somewhat dark in the room. Only had lamps but that broke and had to be taken for replacement on day 2. I had to walk to front desk for replacement phone because it was broken too. Honestly this hotel has so much potential. I heard from other travelers in our group that stayed elsewhere and this appeared to be the best option, but it really needs some updates. I would come back but would hope hotel would address things that are falling apart."

"Clean room, nice beds and pillows, spacious, good water pressure in shower. Feels a bit understaffed. Breakfast is better than similar hotels with several à la carte options. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and pool area are small but well kept. No restaurant service."

"It's a good hotel, the breakfast is good, there are banks, minimarket, restaurants nearby in 15 minutes walk. The surrounding is safe. The Expo Center is 15 minutes on foot. The staff is very helpful. I will stay here if I visit Chihuahua next time."

"Rooms super tiny. No parking. Check in is terrible, you have to park in behind the hotel and carry all your luggage about 400 meters. No amenities in the room, probably because they don’t fit. Beds very confortable. "
