The bathroom door had a really annoying noise just one step before full closure, it was really bad, specially for those wake ups at midnight when you try not to wake your family if you have a need. it was loud and couldnt be avoided in any way, it was like the hinges were malfunctioning

Alejandro at the front desk is very knowledgeable and created an awesome environment for myself and others with his great customer service. David creates a safe space for those around with his attention to detail as the grounds security. Quick service to the room for necessities. Rooms are spacious, shopping and restaurants near by.
