« My only complaint was the Wi-Fi the TV would go in and out every 30 seconds, which was annoying. I also couldn’t get Wi-Fi for our phones even when we were on there Internet. The rooms were excellent. The property is beautiful. The Wi-Fi is my only complaint. »

« The first room I was given had a dirty shower, sink and stovetop. The next room, wasn’t as bad, but there were some stains on the blanket, sheets and pillows. The room had NO toiletries. Not even soap to wash my hands, but luckily I had my own. I also didn’t like the staff knocking on my door at 9:50a asking if I’m staying over or checking out when check-out wasn’t until 11a. « It was okay, the bed and all the furniture were clean. All though the carpet and the walls were not so clean. It could be better! Still, we slept well. I would go again because it was really really cheap and no much hotel in covington! »

« The location is excellent as it is close to shopping and a variety of restaurant options. The staff is exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely stay at this location in the future if I am ever in the area. The hotel is well-maintained and modern. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were pretty much standard and can be limited for someone who doesn't eat eggs or dairy. However, overall, it was money well spent and good value for money. »
