Our home is located within walking distance of University of New Mexico. We are in the city center with access to many restaurants and a ten minute drive to most tourist attractions. This is a great escape as we have newly remodeled the space with all the modern comforts of home. We are available by message for any assistance, but otherwise, we give guests space to relax and explore. This neighborhood offers the perfect blend of convenience and local culture. Just minutes from the University of New Mexico and the lively downtown district, you’ll find yourself surrounded by charming coffee shops, local eateries, eclectic boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The area is known for its walkable streets, historic adobe architecture, and a mix of students, professionals, and creatives. With easy access to parks, art galleries, and the famous Route 66 corridor, it’s a hub for those who want to experience Albuquerque’s authentic urban energy while staying close to major attractions and transit routes. Although it wasn’t mentioned it wasn’t a problem for us, the parking was easy and walking into the home blew me away. It’s very beautifully decorated and has all your essential needs/cleaning supplies. The only down side was not getting my door code until 2 hours after check in.
