The pool was green, the outside chairs were not safe to sit in, too worn. We didn’t have enough towels or hand towels (13 of us). The garage has been converted into a bedroom and a bunk room. There is no heat and we froze the first night. Owner brought space heaters the next day. Basic amenities were lacking or missing, towels were washed and left in the washer mildewed. This place needs a good cleaning and some basic TLC. The owner was responsive to issues and I love the number of bathrooms and bedrooms. We absolutely loved the backyard, especially with the hot tub, inground pool, and fire pit. The yard also had a horn hole set with plenty of outdoor seating which was fantastic for enjoying the mountain views in the evening.The house layout is great with enough beds and full bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The pool, hot tub and backyard were the high points of the property. The 5th bedroom was made from the attached garage and was not air conditioned. People were constantly coming into the house for repairs and having to go through the house to get to the garage not leaving us privacy. She met us when we arrive to give us a tour of the home and make sure we had everything we needed. The views from this home are incredible.
