The room in the property were cleaned the staff was very friendly parking was great did not eat breakfast a coffee was fair. The only issue I could say is the heater could have worked a little better but not a deal breaker I would stay there again

There was an issue with my booking on hotels.com end (my receipt and their records showed I booked and paid for 3 rooms, but the hotel only had 2 rooms on their reservation from hotels.com) and the front desk was amazing helping me get my issue resolved. After we checked in, we tried to open the door to our room without success. The staff came up to our room to try to open our door, but could not do so. The staff then upgraded our room , made sure the door to our new room worked, and helped us bring our luggage into the room. The staff also recommended a great restaurant for dinner. Very much appreciated the staff's help.
