« This is a very cute cottage that appears to have been recently renovated. Dogs are definitely the theme and you can tell the host is a dog lover. The fenced yard is a definite plus as was the amazing coffee bar. The property is very close to various restaurants and retail shop's. Very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion for the host would be to add a shower caddy to the bathroom shower. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. »

« This house is precious! It was very clean, the front porch was cozy and relaxing! You’re within MINUTES to everything. Shopping, eating, just across the river is downtown Augusta. I will definitely stay here again my next trip. »

« We really enjoyed our stay, and we look forward to visiting again. Marianne is a wonderful host and made herself available whenever we had questions. The cottage is well appointed and cozy! Enjoyed coffee along with stunning sunrises in the morning, and cocktails and sunsets in the evening on the back deck. Be sure to walk around the property, you may come across a deer or fox, so be sure to bring your hiking boots and binoculars! »

« The Robbin’s were absolutely the best tenants I have ever stayed at and we have rented several over the years. The place was spotless inside, yard and landscaping was beautifully maintained. Close to great restaurants, easy access to anywhere. Just can’t say enough about this place. If you’re ever going to Augusta and have three people or less try and see for yourself. Pricing was very competitive also. Just a great 4 day stay. »

« I was competing at stable view for an event and we had our parents in town and their dogs. Cristy welcomed the four of us, the two dogs, the horse and the parrot into the mimosa cottage and we all had such a great stay. My horse was so happy in the stall and in the pasture she let us use. 10/10 »

« This place was perfect. Location perfect. Went to shop for horses and stayed here. And stayed in another place last time and this was much better (and the other place was decent too). Flight arrived late and it was just my trainer and I. Porch light was left on for us. Little snacks and treats on the counter were much appreciated, great touch, and came in handy. Was so relieved to see dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, decent blow dryer. This was perfect. Felt safe for two women to be...
