"Gross, absolutely disgusting. Filthy in every aspect. Losers smoking and drinking in the parking lot all day and night. Entire hotel smells horrible. Do not stay here."

"Pros - Great location to anything in the area. Staff was very good and the nice lady named Anna was the best time having breakfast. Cons - The room as soon as we walked in. The the smell that hit our nose was like no one has stayed in that room in a while. There was a area rug by the bed that has seen it's last days and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Say the same thing for the mattress, hard sleeping on it. The room was small and the bathroom was the smallest one we ever stayed at anywhere, no room what so ever. To top it off, the people staying there was as loud as can be. There was a group of mens partying through the night. That being said, we can't give a great score on us being there.There is our first time giving a negative review. "

"I was doing a week long residency at the Millspace and need somewhere close by that I could have reliable Internet, a kitchen to prevent going out to eat regularly, and a good night rest. The property was very comfortable! The kitchen was well supplied with a small variety of useful items (including Tupperware!) that made cooking very easy. It was perfectly clean, nothing out of place at all. It was also well stocked with things like toilet paper and paper towels so a party of more than 1 would be comfortable for an extended stay.I was also very impressed by the ease of working with the host. My husband came to town to see my production so I had asked if it was ok for a second car to be present overnight; the listing says it can sleep five, but I had only booked for myself and did not want to displace parking for any tenants of the building. All in all, this was a perfect experience. I work in Newmarket quite often and will very likely book this apartment again if it's available!"

"The Night employee Tom was awesome. He gave us an idea where to go have breakfast. He was a big help. Most of the hotel was closed for renovations. The price was okay for not having normal amenities. The bed was comfortable. Other than lots of construction on property, it was okay."
