Tom the front desk clerk working when I checked in was amazing! He was so helpful with maps, suggestions on parking and area highlights. He went above and beyond!!!! The absolute best!!!

This my 1st time staying here. Staff was so Kind and helpful. I noticed that construction was being done but made sure signs were posted to help by direct me to the elevator. Room was clean and nice but did have some water stains where leads took place. Could see some look of age but also saw Tthey were in the process of upgrading.

The location was convenient. Right next to MA, NH, and ME. The actual hotel left something to be desired. My room was advertised as a no smoking room, however when I checked in the room immediately smelled like smoke and cheap cologne to mask the scent. I couldn’t stay a second night due to the smell. The back of the property also has a bunch of weird sketchy shipping containers sitting around. Staff was friendly enough. The tv and AC works and the bathroom was clean. Mini fridge worked. You get what you pay for I guess. Definitely pay for the insurance on this one.

The property is right at the end of the exit and under construction but the room was good and clean. Air worked great. TV channels were not as noted and couldn’t put in channel selection. Staff was exceptional, very helpful. Not too far from downtown.

When I tried to turn off the water in the shower I could not turn the knob.I’m 83 and this has never happened to me before. I called the lobby and someone came up and got it turned off. They also had no means of doing a wake-up call. Staff was very nice though. One of them offered to have someone call me for my wake-up call.

If you're looking to be pampered, you can go somewhere else and pay a bunch more money. If you're looking for a comfortable room at a reasonable rate, then this is the place for you. It is undergoing some renovations, so it's appearance is less than ideal. But the staff are very nice, and my room was a decent size and was quite comfortable. They have room coffee available and well as a 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby. I will most likely stay here again in the future.

Check in was great and the gentlemen who helped us was more than friendly and helpful. Sorry I didn't get his name. There are renovations going on at the time we stayed there but didn't effect our stay too much. No breakfast is available but they do have a coffee maker in the lobby that also makes iced coffee. Location was good and not too far from a lot of shopping stores and restaurants. It is walking distant if you go the back road. Safe area. The only complaint was we stayed 3 nights and not once did cleaning come and empty garbage or replace towels, soap, cups etc. There was no issues when we brought down our dirty towels to get them replaced though.
