Fantastic staff, so helpful, cannot do enough for you. I have stayed here multiple times and the rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. This hotel is very central. Will definitely stay here again

We felt unsafe and would suggest it would be a good idea to have an emergency number to phone. No staff about except check in when he changed the room from the number we were sent beforehand with the code, no explanation and we had to go next door looking for it ourself.
