There are several dining options nearby and it was great to just walk 7 minutes down the road for an early morning international flight. Staff were friendly and helpful. "Best location on Matosinhos. 1-minute walk to Sul Matosinhos metro, 5 minutes to the beach, and plenty of restaurants and good groceries around.
Chsrming property. The walls are pretty tin and staircase is squeaking a lot. temperature control goes random at time and door locks are tiny.

"It was perfect, 2 nights, 2 breakfast. Clean and the breakfast had all one wishes and more, the healthy people with their fruits and chia seeds and the hungry crowd with eggs, bacon and a variety of options.
The hotel was very clean too, perfect if you want to take the train to Porto, and on the second day we had an early flight - short walk to the airport. I would stay here if I go to Porto again. "

"Hotel perfect for the Metro and seafood restaurants. Nice leisurely pace if wanted or jump on the Metro to get to the action in Porto.
Will stay again if in Porto and recommend to other visiting - especially if you want to be out of town. The beach is walkable. I would spend more time here if I was ever to return.
The Metro took some getting used to. I bought a 3 day card at the Airport from the Information Centre there. Great value for money at 16 euros.
Also went on the Hop On Hop Off bus. It was a challenge finding the bus stop but we eventually found one down by the river and near the tram stop and a McDonald's."
