"Clean and perfect "

"Yes washer and dryer in room. When we arrive the pull out bed was very nasty hasn't been changing nor the carpet hasn't been vacuum. Spoke to front desk instead of them sending someone to change it they states they will spend some clean sheets for us to change the nasty sheets. They did have things in kitchen to use but had to keep asking for trash bags. Also alot of construction work is going on in that area to much noise . No chairs on the balcony to sit on to enjoy. Bathroom toilet or tub was leaking i reported it. The doorknob to the room door came off maintenance came and fix it while we was there. The kitchen chair tore up while we was there and while many was fixing the doorknob so he fix the chair it was aweful. "

"Comfortable, clean property with good in-room AC. Pricey for what the property is in my opinion. Maybe that’s normal for the area, but being charged $5 for a coffee in restaurant kinda silly when you’re literally pouring an average cup of coffee and handing out creamer packets. Pool could be really nice but chairs aren’t the best and some cushions actually looked dirty or moldy. At 11am in morning, empty beer cans just sitting in side on pool (from night before I assume) Employees were all very nice & helpful. Bar service in evenings was impressive with how busy they were. "

"The room was clean, but very small. It was great for a one night stay as I was passing through Miami, but I wouldn't book the room I was in for a longer stay. There was another room that was larger and more suitable for a longer trip, but it was already booked. The common area was clean, and the area around the building was clean. It is also not a hotel, its a house with a few rooms that you can rent out. Not thats an issue, but you shouldnt expect any checkin or reception while staying here, instead you get a code for the front door and your room texted to you, similar to most airbnbs. "

"The room was clean upon entry and beddings were comfortable. I find that the amenities and furnishing are not very well maintained. The hair dryer had stains on it, the cupboard to our mini fridge was jagged and the black out curtains were not properly installed so it had left marks all over the wall. "
