"Nicely decorated hotel, in a traditional building with very cool rooftop (including a small swimming pool). The hotel also provides free pool towels. Most of the rooms don’t have external facing windows but rather the windows open onto an internal patio. Nice a la carte 2 course breakfast served on the rooftop. "Fabulous apartments. Would totally recommend if staying in Las Palmas. Really nicely furnished and decorated, lovely balcony for people watching and excellent showers!! Not only this, they are in the best location with restaurants, supermarkets, excellent beach all within 5 minutes walk. A super place to stay."

"The hotel is conveniently located near Old Town. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as grocery stores. It is a little far to the beaches, but the bus station and bus stops are a couple of minutes walking away. The breakfast is OK (it is a typical hotel breakfast). I wish there was parking on site, but there is parking nearby in different lots and/or parking decks."

"Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and plenty of bars and lovely restaurants can be found nearby. Our room was well furnished and comfortable. Unfortunately the guests in the room above ours were noisy and showed no consideration to other guests. They were contacted by reception however the noise continued. This is no fault of the hotel but spoiled our experience. "

"The staff were all friendly and helpful from arrival to departure, with the exception of the Marinas bar, which is a franchise. The room (suite) was OK, but daily cleaning less thorough than might be expected (glasses and cups not washed). The curtains were good at light blocking but extremely noisy to operate. We were on 6th floor so relied on lifts which were swift, but one was unreliable in direction or refused to move occasionally. Breakfast buffet had a wide choice but quality was below...

And the staff is professional, helpful, and extremely proficient. If I'm ever in the area again, this will be choice. Oh, and don't miss the rooftop bar and pool. It's superb too. "

"Hotel was lovely and situated in a stunning location. Our room was spotless and cleaned to and extremely high standard daily. We had a very small patio which was shared with other rooms, however we didn’t need it as we made use of the Rooftop mezzanine bar which was absolutely fantastic. "Very well kept rooms and clean. The king bed was firm and the pillows soft which we appreciate. The thermostat is eco friendly and we needed help to cool the room. The temp doesn't go lower than 24.5 C but it was very comfortable. Reception, housekeeping and breakfast staff were helpful and kind! Breakfast options were incredibly immense & you could special order as well. Would definitely stay here again! "
