« The hotel is under renovations. Bathroom needs a refreshment and better cleaning before guests arrival for sure. In this condition the services to customers are lacking. We were not initially informed that we had to explicitly request room maintenance or towel exchanges. We stayed at the hotel three nights, not once did personnel come in for cleaning, trash bins or anything. This said, the room, beds, pool and breakfast were fine. Location is very good as well. « Overall, very nice. Beds were comfy. Kitchen tools were sufficient. Games for the family was a plus. My minor gigs: Main bedroom pillow was a 3/5 Light switches need some work. And the fan made odd noise in main bedroom; something needs tightening or just upgrade to a dc motor unit. Lighting could be brighter for some ppl but i welcomed the dimness. »

« The bedroom windows only had sheer curtains. So every morning, the sun fills the rooms. Downstairs tub was dirty. No coffee/filters. Smoke detector beeped loudly the whole stay. Washer did not work. To say the less. »
