"I was amazed how clean the place was and organized from the lobby bathrooms to the pool area they kept everything so clean . The housekeepers Maria Nicaragua and Antonella Uruguaya did a good service to the rooms very polite very professional. All in all I’ll come back to this hotel whenever I need to head back to Daytona Beach "

"Came to Daytona for a music festival and stayed at this hotel. Very lovely reminds me of an old Florida beach town. The room was so spacious and incredible view of the Atlantic. Property is located right on the beach with the softest sand. The pool was great after a swim in the beach and was clean! The jacuzzi was great as well. Great price for a hotel right on the beach. And the most delicious ice cream shoppe across the street! Would stay again and highly recommend."

"We were nervous to stay in Daytona Beach because of so many poor reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised with Perry's. We had excellent customer service, Mary was great! Our family oceanfront suite was newly remodeled, clean, and very comfortable. My son loved the bunk room. (I do wish there had been a door on that, but it really wasn't a big deal.) Great views! These are not complaints, just things we noticed in older reviews that are still true: One of the elevators was still broken, but it really wasn't terrible. Even on a busy weekend we never waited too long. And there weren't towels at the pool very often, but it was never a problem getting more towels from the front desk. The hotel is old and still needs some repair (ie. guest laundry), but we had a wonderful stay with no complaints and we would come back in a heartbeat! "
