« The outdoor swimming pool was cloudy and and definitely needed to be cleaned more often. The outdoor pool became overcrowded one once the debris was cleaned from the pool but the water was still cloudy. Lease and debris were floating in the pool. The Hot Tub water was greenish and looked murky and we were there for 2 days. it was clear that no one wanted to use it. The indoor pool was not very busy and we considered swimming there but the water was not very clean looking. »

« It is a good clean place to rest. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was not really loud with kids running around. The parking lot was lit up very nicely at night. On my return trip I stayed there again and it was just as good a stay. The ice machine on the third floor was not working, but the first floor one was just fine. I did notice some light fixtures in the hallways were cracked or missing, but that comes with age. I likely would stay here again. »

« We always stop to stay here when we drive to Waco from California-it’s our halfway point. Now as we trek back to Cali we arrive here at Embassy again. I can not say enough about your desk clerk Gabrielle. I stepped up to check in and she greeted me with “ Welcome Back!” I was in shock!! It’s been over 2 weeks!!!!! I proceeded with “Thank you so much-how have you been-busy I bet?” Here’s the topper…her next statement…How was your trip to Waco and how are your children?!?! Even as I type this...

« Layout of hotel was a bit awkward. Window in room faced hallway/ no view of outside or any natural light. Coming from pool we had to walk through a busy lobby area where they were conducting interviews and had conferences going on. Pool area was nice, but water too warm, over 80 degrees. Hot tub needed some maintenance, bottom of cemented tub had gravely sediments built up we felt with our feet. Saturday night hot tub was full of children, no adults and we were unable to use. »

« Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. The suites are big and comfortable. Only issue, we had a room with one of those adjoining doors to the room next door. The people next to us were loud and you can hear everything across these doors, especially at 1:30 in the morning! Going to make sure our next stay we get a room with no adjoining door! »
