"-Easy check in -very clean room -great breakfast -unlimited hot beverage in the lobby -warm water indoor pool ( although the hot tub is extremely hot) -added amenities of outdoor pool and picnic tables outside -rooms are on the ground level and has a walk out door - lots of restaurants in the area ( also walmart and canadian tire about 5min walk) * only issue- the 2 rooms they gave us were far apart."

"I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued. Also, this may be the first motel in a resort town that didn't have an ice machine. On the positive side, the motel is located on the north end of the main drag making it easy to get to where you want to go. I'm not sure I would choose this property if I ever return to Port Elgin. I saw many other options that I could consider."
