« On est arrivé devant un immeuble qui n'avait rien d'un hôtel. Ce sont des appartement avec 4 chambres (dans la notre nous étions 4) avec une seule salle de bain et un seul WC à l'intérieur de la salle de bain. Nous voulions prendre une douche après un long voyage mais la SDB était occupé par quelqu'un qui y est resté une bonne demi-heure. Résultat un seul a eu le temps de prendre une douche avant d'aller diner à l'extérieur. »

« Il n'est pas pensable qu'une note de 8.5 ait été attribuée à ce logement. Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement, des papiers trainaient sous le canapé et sous les lits sur une épaisse couche de poussière. Le mobilier est neuf mais la cuisine et la salle de bain sont à refaire. Les appartements sont très mal isolés en termes de bruits. La proximité du tramway est cependant appréciable et permet un accès rapide au centre de Zurich. »

« The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. »
