« The amenities were useless, the pool was locked up, the sauna is for a fee paid in coins apparently. But the worst thing is that we didn\`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn\`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn\`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book. »

« Es war großartig, das Haus ( Nr.18) gut ausgestattet, leicht abgewohnt aber deshalb fühlte es sich gemütlich an und nicht steril und fremd. Es gab 4 moderne Schlafzimmer, 2 Toiletten und 2 Bäder, eins mit Wanne und eins mit Dusche und Sauna. Großzügiger Wohn-Eßbereich. Unsere Katze dürften wir mitbringen. Wir waren fast direkt am Ufer, von Terrasse konnten wir Sonnenauf- und untergang genießen. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da Auto defekt war. Der nächste Ort Frymburk zum...

En plus, les dames de l’accueil ne sont pas très aimables. Ce qui sauve un peu : le petit dej compris et l’amabilité des serveuses. »

« Un très bel établissement, en plein centre de la vieille ville. Les plus : la situation géographique, le charme de l'hôtel, le confort des chambres, le petit déjeuner copieux. Les moins : la résa non enregistrée (heureusement il restait de la place), l'accès (galère) en voiture (mieux vaut garer au parking P1 puis y aller à pieds), chambre sous comble pas très lumineuse, la configuration de la salle de bains avec une baignoire dans laquelle on ne peut pas se tenir debout (en raison des poutres),...

"Hotel 4 étoiles mais qui ne les vaut pas. Couloirs bruyant et on entends d’une chambre à l’autre.,il est marqué piscine dans le descriptif mais la piscine, le sauna et le hammam sont payants. En plus, les dames de l’accueil ne sont pas très aimables. Ce qui sauve un peu : le petit dej compris et l’amabilité des serveuses."
