« This was a nice cozy place to go after a long day of work. The pool was really relaxing, would absolutely stay again. »

« Beaucoup de choses qui ne fonctionne pas ! Lave-vaisselle défectueux coule et ne lave pas ! Drain de la douche bouché avons dû acheté un produit pour déboucher le tout! Frigo, le distributeur de glace et eau ne fonctionne pas! Pas de propane, pas de bois chauffage, piscine non-chauffée, laveuse à linge, les robinets sont inversés, cold hot et hotcold, la table de ping-pong y a une patte de table est brisée, le quartier est très douteux...! Bref nous donnons une note de 3/10, il manque beaucoup...

« The house was PERFECT for a large family with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The pool was perfect & the house had all the essentials to get through the week. The host was wonderful, very responsive, very accommodating, & very friendly ! Highly recommend for families ! »

« We rented to attend my sons graduation from FSU. Home clean and comfortable, but could use more kitchen essentials. Home had no butter knives or dishwasher soap. But other then that was very nice. »

« The VRBO was nice, just a few minor defects: there a was a bulb out in the bathroom in the master bedroom, the water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom was low, and the hot and cold indicators for the shower and sink in the master bathroom were reversed. One last thing is to detail where the washer and dryer are located. These are just minor things that definitely do not draw away from how nice this VRBO is. »

« My family of 4 stayed two nights on the back end of our vacation. The property was easy to find and check in was super simple. The house had everything needed for our stay. Plenty of parking in the circle drive of the main residence. Nice backyard and view of the lake. If you’re looking for a nice quiet area but, close to Tampa and the airports, this is your rental. »
