"We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. When you enter , the lobby area is nice . And that’s about it. The room we stayed in was dated and the carpet was full of stains. In a 4 star hotel the standards for cleanliness should be higher. We had the most unpleasant experience for 2 days at breakfast. We walked in the restaurant and waited to be seated. The majority of tables were nicely done . The hostess had a hard time locating our name on the guests lists and when she was able to confirm...
"Heater in room not working ; asked for extra bed linen and the hotel had to be reminded twice
Room is basic - no tea making facilities
Duvets are hard !"
"Travelled with a group of friends and several children.
The hotel is charming, the bulk of the main building being very old with some modern additions to the rear.
The staff were always friendly and accommodating.
We all went half board and were well fed with good food. Breakfast was a wealth of choice, both continental and some English staples. Dinner was equally good, you could effectively have a 5 course meal every day.
A great hotel in a great setting both winter and summer.
Thank you so...
"De omgeving is super het appartement is klein maar voldoet en het super aan kristal is de zel am see kaprun kaart hier kun je bijna alle kabelbanen gratis mee omhoog
Een nadeel is de drukke straat waar je aan woont "
"Excellent and professional staff great location, free parking, and clean room
However, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling but was heating! Internet wasn’t connecting in the room. The room has mosquitoes and there is no AC with hot weather opening the windows will lead to have more mosquitoes. Also there wasn’t enough electric outlets "

The rooms were spacious and clean (we had a superior double) and it’s incredibly well placed in the centre of Zell am See so plenty of buses to other ski areas. The towels were a little on the small side and quite harsh and the body and hair gel was not replaced often enough so we ran out twice. Also there are no tea and coffee facilities but we asked for...

The towels were a little on the small side and quite harsh and the body and hair gel was not replaced often enough so we ran out twice. Also there are no tea and coffee facilities but we asked for a kettle! Everything else was great. Ski rental is nearly opposite and train station only a few minutes walk away. Hotel staff very helpful."
"The fact that the hotel didn’t have air condition was very frustrating and unexpected. I would expect that a 4 star hotel would have it. Otherwise no complaints."
