We loved the lobby, the great Spa area with the indoor outdoor pool. The staff was also very attentive friendly and warm. We stayed two nights on a long weekend, family ski trip. This is one of my favorite resorts we have ever stayed! Highlights were the amazing food (get half board), the pool and sauna area, relaxing atmosphere, kids game room and all of the fun activities the segl family had planned. The ski bus stop is literally right outside the door of the hotel and takes you right to Zell am see areit express. ##### Roheem Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2023 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Terra Aug 8, 2025 The hotel was pretty and the pool was wonderful but it felt like they were trying to make money off of us at every turn. For example, the hotel sent many emails telling us about the complimentary summer pass, they gave it to us on arrival with a glass of wine, then surprised us with a huge fee as we were checking out. They charged for the fusball table in the game room, and other tiny things that most hotels would give for free. The tea box in the room even had a note saying "don't ask us for more sugar or tea. You can buy more in our shop downstairs". The front desk staff was very friendly, but the restaurant staff was pretty rude (one person acted exasperated when we wanted to add a tip because it was after they printed the reciept).
