"Beautiful property, clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay."

"The room itself did not even look like it was cleaned, carpet was clearly not vaccumed, only part of the bathroom that might have been cleaned is the toilet. I have never stayed in a holiday inn where the room was so dirty. When we tried to use the pool we could not get in with our room key, we had to find someone(waited over 10min) to let us in. We then were told even if we were out of the room by 11am checkout time we had to leave the pool by 11 which was the only reason we booked the room. Also the pool/pool room was dirty and looked like it been quite some time since properly cleaned. Very disappointed with this hotel, would never stay here again or recommend to anyone to stay here. "

"No pans but everything else no coffee maker the room was freezing the entire time because the heater was falling into the room dirty socks and filth behind night stand in the bedroom dirty wash cloths hanging the shower "

"The property is a need of serious maintenance - as does the elevator with how jerky it is between floors. Also, the bathroom in the room was deteriorating and the rooms heater was not operational. The hotel smells of cigarette and weed in the bathroom, indicating people were using the shared bathroom ventilation for this purpose."

"1) Room was not cleaned properly and hair all over the room. 2) Bathroom, shower rod are loose and always cold water was pouring in. 3) Was told that breakfast served until 9.30 AM, however it was closed at 9 AM itself. "

"The water in both the showers and the spa area(hot tub) don't get hot. The pool was occupied by a British Swimming School class so there was no swimming in the regular pool, mind you it was a Tuesday early afternoon. There was no remote to the tv and so it wouldn't turn on. The heater in the room did not really heat the room, even at the highest settings. While in the (not hot)hot tub, me and my partner were bothered by the worker whom worked the cashier and greeted people. She walked around like a patrol officer and had the audacity to call my partner to the door to "mind the children" as if we were being inappropriate, on our vacation, which we paid for, by being close to each other's face. I felt so disrespected and annoyed. The only genuinely positive thing was the coffee bar in the morning after checkout. "

"I arrived on an evening with storms and heavy fog. The front desk clerk was mildly friendly and provided almost no detail upon check in. Like that the cable had been knocked out and my TV didn't work. She advised I just unplug to reset. That didn't work. I could never connect to secure wifi service and the staff was not helpful with this. My shower door would not stay closed. Even with a washcloth jammed in there- I gave up. The room guide was missing. As a property, I was so disappointed to find no restaurants nearby. I won't be staying at this property again."

"All the amenities are great. The guest area is super small. You must put 100 deposit down. You need to now that. Staff not friendly."
