Construction is currently underway and is completely away from the other amenities, happening entirely at the back of the property. There are no windows facing the work area, but you may hear some light construction for a few hours during the day. We’ll do our best to keep any disruption minimal so you can fully enjoy your stay. Guests will have private access to the entire property. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs. Parking is available next to the house and guests should have no problem finding suitable parking A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest. We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration. The drive to the house is accessible with GPS. The GPS may take you down some dirt roads, but guests typically do not have any issue with them. Please use caution if there is heavy rain. Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front and back of the house facing the parking, entrance, and backyard for your security. There are no cameras inside the property. Other things to note ☆You must be 25+ to book ☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation ☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation ☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property ☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash ☆ We want you to have fun and enjoy your time at our property, but ask that you respect the quiet hours that are from 10pm-7am. ☆Tampering with exterior cameras and/or interior noise monitoring systems are prohibited and will have a penalty fee if tampered with. ☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied ☆PETS☆ We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100\. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message! Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees. ☆ We have regularly scheduled hot tub tech service on select days each week. While we don’t have exact times in advance, we always send out a notification the night before to let guests know when to expect service. Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep the hot tub in top condition! This spacious two bedroom, one bath retreat features an artistic space-themed interior with polished floors, whimsical neon lighting, and broad sliding glass windows looking out over the serene Joshua Tree Desert. My partner and I came to the house for his birthday, and we were totally blown away. The hot tub's warmth felt inviting after a long day exploring the trails and boulders of the national park, and we were entranced by the vast field of stars in the night sky later in the evening. There were a great selection of restaurants in the area within just a 15 minute drive. Although we didn't make use of the fire pit or the hammocks, it was cool to know they were available for us during our stay. This tiny home was anything but tiny when it came to charm and comfort! Came out for a couples’ birthday getaway and loved every minute. The space is super roomy and decorated with the cutest touches. The cowboy pool and hot tub were major highlights in the cute backyard. We spent hours in the hammocks by the fire pit just soaking in the desert vibes. Quick drive to Joshua Tree or cool modern spots if you’re feeling social. And shoutout to Sara! Staying at the Mars house made it an even better experience. After a long day in the park, coming back to this little oasis was perfect. All the furniture is very comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and cozy. Sitting out under the stars with a full moon shining was amazing. If it had been warmer during our visit we would have used the cowboy pool! This "tiny home" is not tiny at all. It is very open and airy. Love that the entire side of the main living space is sliding glass doors! We enjoyed our breakfast outside while the sun was rising. It has so many great aspects to it. We enjoyed the spa, the swings, the deck. The kitchen is fabulous. The large sliding doors gave us a great view of the patio. We loved it.
