Our spacious and open house sitting on almost 1 acre has everything you need to have fun with your group. Enjoy panoramic views while soaking in the pool and tub, gaze at the starry night sky while laying in our comfortable hammocks, toast marshmallows by the fire pit, and enjoy a game of pool or foosball! Don’t forget to bring your camera—the sunsets are breathtaking!! The Space: This is a dreamlike location with incredible decor and atmosphere, the perfect backdrop for your trip. Our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making coffee in the morning, to pouring a glass of wine to end your day, to looking out at the breathtaking sunsets from the backyard.. The property comes with a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, BBQ grill, telescope, and hammocks to maximize your outdoor fun all year round. \*\* Pool Heating \*\* Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The cost of heating is mentioned below depending on the months of the year. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay. \* Pool Lights will not be available until summer \* Jan, Feb - $180/night March thru Oct - $80/night Nov, Dec - $120/night \*\*Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.\*\*\* If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. The blue recycle barrel was overflowing as was one of the landfill barrels but, that was a housekeeping issue, not the owner’s. The keyless entry worked smoothly. The house was beautiful and welcoming on the outside and, when we went inside, it exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated, yet very “homey.” We loved it. We were celebrating my 85th birthday with my 3 children, my son’s wife, my daughter’s husband, their two boys, ages 11 and 14, my son-in-law’s Mother and sister. The house was perfect for us. We paid to have the pool heated and it was delightful. The hot tub was clean and a perfect temperature. There were a few games for my “grandboys.” The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. Housekeeping was not the best however management was really responsive to the problems. The oven didn’t work the night of my birthday dinner however, management was genuinely supportive. There were a couple of cleanliness issues but management is responsive. ##### Elizabeth C. The location was excellent. Parking and rooms were spacious. The drive to Joshua Tree was simple and about 20 minutes to the West Entrance. Plenty of room for our 'Jefe' and everyone slept well in the beds! The cabinets throughout looked brand new and were very attractive. Time in the pool was great, but we never went in the hot tub. Kitchen utensils and kitchenware were more than adequate although we did start to run out of room in the fridge! Birthday Cake took up a lotta space! Communication was prompt and responsive. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and outside seating was ideal for daytime and night time in the desert. We had everything we needed. We had trouble with the oven and reset a breaker for power in the garage, but both of those things were met with prompt communication and suggestions.
