« Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. After another series of calls and texts, they were relocated. Sooo on day 3 we were told the cabin owner was stopping by to get his boat key while we were out...

« The property was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The location is very convenient being next to Snow Summit and a short distance to the village. We had to wait about 45 minutes for the front desk to arrive to check in due to them coming from another property and the holiday traffic. »
