"I love this hotel; the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean. Although we eat out a lot, we had some nice bar food there. We will definitely be staying there again. It’s conveniently next to the town and the train station. The only reason I didn’t give it a five-star rating was the cost of the parking, £29.50 per day, which is absolutely ridiculously high for parking."

"Hotel and room were clean. Some scuff marks on corridor paintwork and doors. Other guest were noisy and a lot of traffic noise if you leave the window open. Breakfast good choice but hot meal a little cold and my sausages were undercooked. However plenty of choice. Staff seemed a little disorganized but we're pleasant and helpful. Parking was good at £4 per day. Location excellent to AI and M62 so easy access when leaving. Short taxi ride into town and fairs excellent."
