Property is in an ideal location in the heart of York. The majority of historic buildings and landmarks are within walking distance. The quality accommodation provided our party of 5 with all the required ammenities. Would definitely recommend this property.

Good location next to city wall. No conditioner is provided. Rooms and toilet ventilation are not good. No free parking lot is provided so required 5-8 mins walk. Overall condition of the property and furnitures are a bit old and uncomfortable, like sofa bed and carpet!

I cannot recommend this place enough. So convenient, walkable and really in the heart of the best of York. Plenty of kitchen space so you can actually share meals together. If I had to mention any drawback the wifi was not the best. If I am ever back in York, ( which I hope to be the case ♥️) I will definitely book with this property.

Absolutley amazing stay at the Tower Mews Apartment - couldn't have asked for more! The apartment was spottless, beds were super comfy and the attention to detail around the apartment was second to none! Wouldnt hesitate a return visit!

Used to stay in these apartments a long time ago , nothing has changed, even tho it says refurbished everything is the same apart from a few new cushions, I found bottle tops in the drawers and the kitchen sink was stained brown. I will never return there’s too many nicer places to stay in York . Bed is small and uncomfortable. Towels are old. Carpet was dirty. Curtains let light through couldn’t sleep. Security deposit required even for 1 night , which I think should be used with discretion. Unless you need the space for groups in the big apartments, don’t bother.

Nice Apartment, in a good location. Very tidy. We stayed in the monks loft, which has 2x single sofa beds, and not 2x single beds as described. Also, I recommend to have a long pole to close the sky lights, as one was partially open, with it's blind open, so could not be shut/closed at night.

The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great Place!!!
We were only able to stay in York for a few short hours, but we loved it there. The apartment is just around the corner from York Minster. It’s also close to The Shambles and tons of shops and food. We would have loved to have been able to stay for days because York is so cute. In the morning before we left, we walked the wall, and those views were stunning. Just getting into the apartment was a fun adventure. We came after hours, and they gave great instructions on how to find everything we needed, but it really felt like a scavenger hunt (in the best way possible). The place was cute and had plenty of room for our family of four plus my dad. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Ebor Mews apartment. Key pick up from the office was simple and the staff member was helpful and informative. The apartment was really central, only 2 or 3 minutes walk from York Minster and a few more minutes walk to the Shambles area. The kitchen area was clean and compact. It was equipped with everything we needed. The living area was small with 2 small sofas. We were a party of 5 so really could have done with an extra ‘seat’. The 2 bedrooms were lovely and the double beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t seem to access local programmes on the TV but we were able to log into Netflix so not a problem. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment served our purpose well.

An unusual old terraced building with door opening onto street with comfortable accommodation on 1st & 2nd floors. Right by city wall so good views.Clean and well presented. Steep stairs and sloping/uneven floors may be an issue for people with mobility issues or small children. Sleeps 6 but that would be a squash in the sitting room. Decent towels & toiletries.

The apartment was perfected located in the Centre of York and had everything we needed. There was some late night noise on both nights from 12 midnight until about 3 am in the morning (week night too), assuming as they came out of local bars. I'm not a light sleeper, but this kept us awake unfortunately.
