"The super late check in and rooms still are ready is an inconvenience. The fact that there’s a charge for late check out if even more ridiculous. The towel system for the water is a headache. The rooms need to be deep cleaned monthly. The $20 parking fee is insane. "

The shower needed some work on the edges but of mold or need for new caulk. Hallways on 5th floor the wallpaper needed some repairs. Carpets throughout the hotel looked great. "
