We highly recommend this property as the staff were excellent. They were so efficient and helpful, probably the best service I have experienced. As for the property, room size is average for this area, as in small compared to other countries but it was clean and serviced every second day. The location was a 12 minute walk to the Kawasaki train station so you could go north to Tokyo or south to beautiful Yokohama. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, casinos, anything you need was all there. Just a wonderful location around a 30 minute train ride to Tokyo.

先に荷物を預けたり 何度か荷物を取りに戻ったりしても 嫌な顔せず 特に女性スタッフさんの笑顔や話し方が とても優しくてあんしんしました！ ライブハウスにとてもちかいので ライブの予定がある時はこちらに泊まろう！と思いました！ 洗面台が少し小さいなと思ったのですが リニューアルされているのか内観はとても綺麗で清潔感もあり良かったです！

近くのチネチッタで、夜に上映する映画を観るため、1泊しました。 必要なアメニティやタオル・寝具もほとんど揃っていたため、荷物を少なく済ませることができました。お部屋も清潔でした。 部屋にシャワールームもありますが、地下の浴場を利用。少し外に出るので、悪天候の時は雨に当たってしまうかも？今回は天気が良く、その心配はありませんでした。 こういったホテルに浴場が付いているのは珍しいと思います。温まることができ満足しました。 時折電車やサイレンの音が外から聞こえます。私は元から平気なタイプなのでぐっすり眠れましたが、気になる方はお部屋に置いてある耳栓を利用するといいかもしれません。 窓がブラインドなので、人によっては好みが別れるかも。朝日がブラインドの隙間から部屋に入り込むので、朝自然と目を覚ますことが個人的には良かったです。 お値段の割には充分なクオリティかと思います。満足です。 ありがとうございました。

フロントでは笑顔で対応していただいて、とても好感が持てました。 B1Fの温泉は小さいが、気分を味わえました。 パートナーの話によると、女湯は防犯のため常に施錠しているので、フロントで鍵を借りる必要があるそうです。 駐車場は高さ制限があるので、事前に確認したほうが良いです。

防音が微妙

基本的には満足していますが、場所的に騒音が大きく夜中でも音がします。 また、自分の部屋の室外機の音もそれなりに大きい。 大浴場はもう少し湯船(お湯)が綺麗だと良いかなと。 部屋にスーツケースを開ける場所が無いので少し不便です。

快適でした

部屋のTVは、youtube、Netflix、VOD等が見れて退屈しません。また、wifiで漫画も読み放題（利用しませんでしたが）のようでした。 部屋はちょうどいいサイズで、浴槽はないシャワーブースのみでしたが、トイレ別になるので逆にいいと思います。洗面のところに電気がないのでちょっと暗いのが気になりました。 大浴場は、一旦外階段（フェンスで仕切られている）を降りていくことになりますが、露天風呂に向かう気分になり、悪くなかったです。 近所にまいばすけっととセブンイレブンもあり、この時期の食事には問題ありませんでした。 駅からちょっと離れており、夜ホテル周辺はそれほど明るくはありませんが、また機会があったら泊まりたいです。

目的地のクラブチッタから至近距離なのが◎。コロナ禍で外食ができない中、コンビニやテイクアウトできる店が近くにあり不自由はなかったです。フロントにドリンクバーがあったので飲み物買わなくて良かったのも◎。レンジもありました。次回来た時は温泉を利用したいと思います。
