Arrived early at 8am and obviously they don't have much guests so they accommodate us at 9am. Upon checking in they would require an ID/Passport to be left at the check-in counter. You have to be mindful upon check out because they will not return it to you unless you ask them. In our case we have to call them out when we were already at the airport for options on how to get back our IDs. We decided to have it delivered to the airport thru Grab Bike delivery At our expense. So disappointed with their staff and they were not even apologetic. Towels are worn out and management should invest on new ones. They don't clean the rooms unless u ask them. Hotel staff is not friendly and will talk to u with their stock face. Malioboro is 10mins walk away from the hotel.
