"Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. "I stayed here for 4 nights during a business trip and had a great experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff provided friendly, helpful service. The breakfast buffet was decent—nothing fancy, but fair for the price. I was happy enough with my stay that I’ve already booked another 4 nights for my upcoming trip in June. It’s a relief to find a good, reasonably priced hotel that offers great service and a clean, comfortable room. Highly recommend!"
