"Yes very easy, plentiful parking"

"Property outdated with old furniture. Lack of plugs and no plugs next to bedside. Bed was comfortable and large. Due to warm night could not open window more than a couple of inches and no AC but did have a fan. Dinner was poor, not worth the money and new menu options not like the photos! No lifts either as issue for me as struggle with steps due to disability. Staff friendly"

"Parking was very easy. Welcome warm & friendly. House was clean and bright. Breakfast was excellent. Full English really was a full English and of good quality. Scrambled egg was really good & good choice of jams & marmalade to go with toast. Choice of juices & cereals too which we didn’t use. "

"Family room 22. Pros- lots of free parking, able to eat dinner and breakfast if needed, nice sized family room, good shower. Cons- uncomfortable bed really needs new matteress, sofa bed needs replacing not at all comfortable. Staff noisey in the mornings in private room opposite. "

"Arrived in dark, wind & rain. Code for key safe didn't work. 3 broken nails, soaked through & frozen, 2 calls to the management company got us access to a 2nd key safe for a spare key. Unpacking the car, security lights kept going out, so that I ended up tripping over a plant pot in the dark. Now soaked, frozen & bruised, discover the heaters were off so cottage is stone cold. Not very welcoming arrival. Next day, I get a message asking me to pay an extra fee because they've just been advised by the owner that I have my dog with me. When I booked through Expedia, the advert said there "may" be a charge. I emailed at that time to advise the dog was coming too & to let me know what I needed to pay. No reply was made, so I assumed the "may" be a charge was not applicable. I was now being asked for what amounted to another third of what we already paid for the accommodation - for that total spend I could have stayed in a hotel in the centre of Bath with dog, which we chose not to do because we thought this place was cheaper! Pros: lovely accommodation, fantastic enclosed field where the dog could run Cons: unadvised extra charge, unwelcoming start"

"Wow, what can I say we had the most fantastic few days in this peaceful little heaven on the outskirts of Bristol. We had a bit of confusion around the booking as we thought we'd booked the Cabana but it turned out it was booked so we got the Knapsack instead. However the communication with the hosts was excellent and they put us at ease. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival the cabin had everything we could wish for. We made it home for the weekend and cooked and barbecued and made the most of the hot tub too. What a fabulous stay, we did have to wash cups/glasses etc before use but that was not an issue as I would do that going most places anyway. We will definitely look to stay here again when we're next in the area. Thank you we had such a relaxing time and loved listening to the birds in the trees"
