"Nice staff, prompt check in, and clean rooms"

"This worked very well for five people. Comfortable and clean. Can walk to a market and ice cream/restaurant that was Ok. Easy access to Steamboat. Kitchen was well-stocked and that is not something that happens all the time. Hot tub was nice. Couch was very comfortable. Only complaint is that the bunk beds need to have their joints tightened as it squeaked with slight movement. Not a huge deal, though. Would stay here again."

"This was definitely a fantastic value and great overall. We will definitely consider for a family trip. The only couple things we didn't enjoy was the check in was very LOUD. There were some very LOUD guys checking when we were and no one could hear anything but them. The acustics in the lobby needs some work. With it being all open with games in the upstairs. Between the loud guys checking in and the racket of the games going on upstairs, we could barely hear to check in. At checkout, we had gone to church and had left a bag to change clothes before the 10am checkout to be greeted on our return to our things being bagged up by the cleaning person. We still had a few minutes to checkout and I had not checked out via the text message either. 10am checkout is 10am...so that was a bit odd. The employee was very embarrassed and apologetic but it was definitely strange and something they need to realize to make sure their cleaning people don't start cleaning rooms until people are gone. It was very obvious we were still there with items on the counter and also a bag in the bedroom. All in all just a few hiccups but overall experience a great place to stay. "

"This is our third time staying on this property. Obviously it is a great destination for us. Easy access to the flat top fishing area. Nice home with everything that one needs for a good stay. We especially appreciate the fenced yard for our pup. Highly recommend this property if you are going to the yampa area."

"Great service, friendly staff. No ice machine, which is odd but the concierge did deliver a bag almost immediately when asked. After checkout, I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. One quick phone call left me feeling confident that it would be retrieved and kept safe while I took my family up the gondola for lunch. Upon our descent, it was safe and sound with security. Wonderful property! I hope to be back this winter. "

"The lady that checked us in was super sweet and helpful, the room was easy to get to and use - and the food at penny’s diner was DELICIOUS! They were light in a scary time! We will be back! "
