"This was the perfect house for a weekend at the coast. It was really easy to walk where we needed to go so we didn’t need to worry about parking downtown. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need to prepare pretty much any meal. The back yard was perfect. My favorite part was the windows overlooking the ocean. I was able to watch the water crash on the rocks, which is one of my favorite things to do for downtime at the coast. My child was really appreciative of the mega blocks in the game closet. I would definitely stay here again!"

A spacious and very comfortable house that is showing some wear from being a rental property. We plan on renting it again next summer!"

The interior was amazing, very nicely updated and comfortable. The ocean view is wonderful, and the location is perfect. Only drawback for us was the stairs, we are older and live on one floor, so stairs are tough."

Tide & Seek - Yachats Ocean View

"The place I had booked canceled on me less than a week prior to my arrival, and I was so happy to find this little cottage. It's the perfect size for one or two people, and it has everything you need: living room, kitchen with appliances, bed, bathroom, laundry. The bed was comfortable. The house was clean. I did see some scattered ants about, but far fewer than other rentals I've had in the area. As an added bonus, the location makes it very easy to access everything in Yachats on foot. I loved being able to run to the post office or grocery store without using my car. I would say that the only drawback was it did feel a bit like living in a fishbowl: if you want to see the ocean, you need to have the curtains open on windows facing the street. Overall, though, it was a lovely stay, and I'd recommend it to others."
