« When we arrived the lawn was about a foot tall, dead and living bugs were abundant, the second floor smelled like cigarette smoke, cobwebs and spiderwebs were abundant. We had to vacuum and clean out the spiderwebs out of the shower ourselves. The linnens were however clean. »

« The house was beautiful, the view, perfect. The horrendous screeching noise the pipes made every time water was used, not so much. We could not sleep at night due to the extremely loud screeching noise that lasted for hours after each use of water. We alerted the owner, and were not offered any solution.
