"We have stayed at the Joy House several times and always find it comfortable, clean, and convenient. Also, the manager is very helpful and easy to reach. The Joy House is a few minutes from Downtown and Baylor, which results in great restaurants and shopping. When we want to go downtown, it’s only 10-15 minutes. Our Bella loves it, too, for the fenced back yard."

We had stayed at the home next door in the past and the Cottage is just as beautiful as the Haven. Her homes are so inviting, spacious and yet cozy. No detail goes unnoticed. We spent the weekend celebrating our grad with our east coast family playing board games, laughing and catching up. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this...

"The Nest is a fantastic house to stay in with your family or for a girls weekend in Waco! Lori had the fridge stocked with all necessities (having milk already there was a lifesaver with my kids!) and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend the property and renting from Lori!"

"Im from Austin and all my family lives in Waco. When we come to visit this is where we stay. Its convenient to all my family members. The staff is great, they welcome dogs and the property is awesome. The only thing is the grass areas for the dog needs to be mowed, and the other visitors need to pick up their dogs waste. Maybe a dog station with doggie bags and a trash can might be something to look into. Also tell the other visitors that come with pets to be responsible."

"Pleasant stay for the eclipse. Just that people were smoking in non smoking rooms and not just cigarettes. But staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again "
