The covers had cigarette burns and the whole place just smell like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room I booked a room with a single king bed and they changed it to a room with two full beds instead »

« I enjoyed my stay at the Blennerhasset Hotel, but think some items need improved.
Not an easy unload without Valet help for folks checking in that would be impacted. No valet available, didn't see automatic doors, but I might have missed the button.
Internet was very spotty, the guest wasn't working. Was able to link into main hotel web address.
Ice out on my floor.
Parking around the hotel.
Resaurant was good, staff, besides any valet presence, was helpful.

« The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only thing negative we noticed was the dirty windows. I know the third floor was being remodeled, but why would the windows everywhere else be so dirty?
