"The staff was super friendly! But the hotel itself seemed to be in various stages of disrepair. They seemed to be installing new carpet and such, as this is the off season. So it’s possible that we just caught it at a bad time. But even our fire alarm was missing from the ceiling, you could see where it should have been. We ended up going out for breakfast. "

"The common areas were nice and overall the hotel was clean. There were several room features that were broken, however, including the door security lock, towel rack, and toilet paper holder. The staff were mostly friendly, especially in the morning. "

"Room was basic which given past stays at sister properties was not what we expected. There was a plastic bag over smoke detector assumingly because previous guest smoke or vaped in room. When told to front desk attendant she said it was ok and she couldn’t take it down because she wasn’t tall enough. Had to call front desk because TV remote did not work to which she brought another remote that was for TV because original remote was for live tv. Attendant left remote in room but said they only had 6 left because guests took them. If you want a basic stay this is your place, we have learned to pay the extra few $ and get something better. Also please look at recent reviews and don’t just look at default sorting in app! "
