"Hot tub was broken, they charged extra to park, no where was that listed, when we are already paying to stay there. People were fighting by the pool in the middle of the night. Kids screaming by the pool at 6 a.m. "

"We had a great time! The reasons I scored amenities lower is the surfing was not working and shockingly there was no hot tub. All and all the place was fun and kids had a wonderful time."

"The hotel itself is stunning, with the exception of some issues with the room which according to reviews from two weeks prior is just stuff they either refuse to deal with or issues in several rooms, however most of my interactions with staff they came off as very unwelcoming and condescending, but the few that were genuine and nice made it worth the stay.
