« This is a decent property. It does seem to be neat and clean. The breakfast was just okay. Room was small and crowded and not easy to move around when there were more than a few people in there. As is typical with these breakfasts, the food was not very warm and there was no microwave to warm your plate. The restaurant had good food and staff is great. « Lady was rude when I tried to check in at 140pm. She said that I would have to pay an extra $20 for the 1 hour and 20 minutes because check in was at 3pm. There were no cars in the parking lot so it was not as if they were busy. I have checked in there before, twice, around that time and was not required to pay extra. She had a bad attitude. However the male desk attedant that worked the next day is always very nice and accommodating. »

« The staff was great. Very professional and kind. However, the suite that we stayed with my family of 3 kids were very dirty. The pull out couch that I planned to sleep at was dirty and I ended up sleeping with 2 of my kids in one of the queen beds. The showers constantly leaked water and the tub was dirty with brown pieces on the floor. The lights in the bathroom flickered constantly. Breakfast was basic but the coffee machine was nice. « Bathroom had no shower soap and tiles were broken and off wall with no place to put your toiletries. Fridge was cool not cold. Had to put bags of ice to cool items Bed uncomfortable and pillows were bad. Heating unit was old and working loudly. Hot tn broken. Needs a facelift for sure Was clean tho »
