« We arrived, couldn't get the front door open, so we walked around the back and a polite employee let us in. We waited approximately 10 minutes before two employees came down the stairs and checked us in. While the room was clean, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was caked with dust. I looked up only because the toilet was continually running and making other noises and I thought it was the fan. Another polite employee changed our room. I never managed to get the TV to work, but that is minor....

« The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended for us. The rooms and restaurant feel very dated, and the amenities don’t match the price. Our room didn’t even have a refrigerator, so any drinks or food we brought with us stayed warm, and the shower knobs barely worked. The pool felt more like a warm bath than something refreshing, and it was so crowded there weren’t nearly enough chairs for the number of guests. The staff was friendly, but they seemed...
