"Everything was wonderful, and the bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. What a nice property. Good coffee and lots of prepared snacks ready to grab any time. The only odd thing is that check-in is after 4PM, and the desk closes at 5PM. If you can't be there during that hour, you can check-in online, and they arrange for you to get in after hours, which did work well. "

"We stayed in a king suite. It was clean, well stocked with towels and instant coffee and tea. It had a hot water kettle (but we always bring our own). The fridge was enough for drinks and leftovers. Check in was quick and easy. A small issue with the door lock was easily fixed. Read the summary paper on table to make your stay more enjoyable. The patio outside with fire pits and grills was great. "

"We visited during a weekend in April and overall did really enjoy our stay. The location is great, you can walk to everything and there is easy, free parking. I knew it was a historic building so I wasn’t particularly bothered by some of the quirks others seem to complain about. The biggest complaint would probably be the lack of mini fridge in the room as they are pretty standard. We were traveling with our 2 young kids and it would have been nice to refrigerate some of their snacks or leftovers. We dined at the tavern for dinner which was nice. I would skip Nathaniel's for breakfast, food came out cold and you had to ask for basics like syrup w/ pancakes. Staff was very welcoming and friendly! Would return! "

"The room was clean but we really didn’t expect it to be so tiny. It would’ve helped to have a bench or small dresser in the room. The staff was amazing very nice. The restaurant was great. Communication was superb. "

"The hotel was a great place to stay if you're traveling to visit Salem. However, there is no drinking water fountains available in the hotel. "

"Very efficient breakfast service. Central location was excellent. We had a view of one of the Hocus Pocus houses. Maid service thorough. Second stay and would stay again. "

"This was the perfect place for our mother daughter long weekend. We were able to walk to all the shops and museums. Lots of diverse restaurants. Comfortable place to come back to and relax after a day out exploring. "

"We absolutely loved the decor! The spells to interact with the candles, tv and music helped add to the vibe. The beds were very comfortable . The temperature was easily adjusted to our liking. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you love the Salem vibe. The house is pretty close to everything. "
