« I think there’s some things that could be better. For example our room was never cleaned a single time, other than them just adding towels and redoing the bed. The shower consistently leaked so we had to put like 3 towels down so there wouldn’t be a puddle when we got out. And I also think it could be a little further designed. Love the medieval castle like theme, just wish they went further with it and didn’t hold back. Especially with the room and the pool which looks pretty mundane compared...

« As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. We had no issue with that, we did not want our room cleaned. We just needed one of the beds to have clean sheets because it was soiled and unsanitary to sleep in. The woman at the...

« Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again! »

« 1.5 hours to check in, free breakfast ends at 9:30, 3 out of 4 gates to the pool locked permanently. Balcony door was virtually unable to open or close. Shower head was at chest height so washing our hair was a joke. TV made no sense. No clock in the room at all. No glasses. Towels were like sandpaper. Horrible landscaping plant some grass seed and pick up the trash. Way overpriced for what you get. »
